275+ Craftsmen • 2,500+ Pieces of Handcrafted Furniture  Solid hardwood furniture in cherry, quarter-sawn oak, maple, hickory and more. Bedroom suites, dining sets, beds, tables, chairs, barstools, upholstered furniture, desks, rockers, file cabinets, shelving, media stands, coffee and end tables, cupboards, rustic furniture, and area rugs. Huge selection of dining room and bedroom furniture! Also included is a full set of kitchen cabinets with additional pieces available.   
All furniture selling on Saturday will take place inside the expanded building with seven active auction rings, including the complete selection of outdoor furniture.
Featured again this year:
• Affordable Barn Company Model Close-Out – 25 barns available as well as a 10x16 finished cabin. Delivery offered for $250 within 
  100 miles of Mt. Hope, OH. Photos will be available on our website.
• Nursery Sale – A large selection of arborvitae, pines, maples, fruit trees, shrubbery, and houseplants.
Friday Auction – Starting at 3 PM:
Selling decorations, crafts, small furniture, live-edge lumber, and used furniture, along with 1,000+ inspirational wall décor pieces, a large selection of children’s tables and chairs, step stools, and more. Some overflow of fine furniture may be offered as well. This auction will be held live only and will not be online.
Delivery of furniture will be available; cost is approximately $3.30 per loaded mile with a minimum of $350. Make arrangements for delivery at the auction.
