BREEDER AUCTION TERMS
25% down day of sale. Balance due at pickup by November 1. Auction company reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All guarantees are between buyer and seller.
TROPHY AUCTION TERMS
25% down day of auction. Balance and pickup by November1 unless otherwise noted. Seller must guarantee bucks to be in good health and to meet guaranteed scores when loaded, up to November 1. Any bucks left after November 1 will be buyer’s liability. Seller is responsible for loading bucks onto buyer’s trailer. Any bucks left after November 1 can be resold with no refund to buyer unless buyer has made arrangements beyond November 1.
WDFO BENEFIT AUCTION
100% due day of auction. All items must be removed by Saturday evening. Online bidding is not available for benefit auction.
ONLINE BUYERS
Online bidding is available at dvauction.com. Invoice will be sent to email address on account after auction.
PAYMENT TERMS
Cash, Check or Major Credit Cards accepted. 5% buyer’s premium. Waived if paid by cash or check. 10% late fee for purchases not paid within 5 days.
